You want to watch your favorite shows on Max. You need to sign in to your account first. The process is simple. Follow these steps to access your profile.

➡️ Go to max.com/signin on your web browser.

➡️ Enter your email address and password.

➡️ Select Sign In.

➡️ Choose your profile to start watching.

You might have Max through a TV provider, internet provider, or mobile provider. You will sign in using their credentials.

➡️ Go to max.com/signin.

➡️ Select Connect Your Provider.

➡️ Choose your provider from the list.

➡️ Enter the username and password for your provider account.

➡️ Create your Max account if you sign in for the first time.

➡️ Open the Max app on your TV.

➡️ Select Sign In.

➡️ You will see a 6-character code on your screen.

➡️ Go to max.com/signin on your phone or computer.

➡️ Enter the 6-character code.

➡️ Follow the prompts to finish signing in.

➡️ Why can't I sign in? 

You might have the wrong password. Reset your password if you forgot it. Check your internet connection. Ensure your subscription is active.

➡️ How do I find my provider? 

Select View All Providers on the sign-in screen. Search for your provider name. If you don't see it, your provider might not support Max.

Yes. You can sign in on different devices. Max allows you to stream on multiple screens at once depending on your plan.
